Over the past two years of training with Matt, I have made significant gains in strength and overall well being. His programming is based on my specific goals with accommodation for injuries, past and current. A focus on posture, breathing and core stability have transferred directly into pounds on my squat, bench and dead lift.
When I first started with Matt at Rossy Training in April of 2013, I was new to working out. My form, flexibility, and posture were not the best. Matt helped me to improve all the aspects mentioned above which made me a stronger more confident lifter.
